Terms of service

1. The service

SnapCues turns a schedule into a live cue list that you can edit and show on a display. SnapCues is run by Nodexco (Business ID 2452077-2), Finland. By signing in you accept these terms.

2. Your account

You sign in with a link or a code sent to your email address. Keep access to your email safe: anyone who can read it can sign in as you. SnapCues and Postwalls, which the same operator runs, share one sign-in for the same email address.

3. Free use and AI pages

Building a show by hand is free and unlimited.

Reading a photo or a file with AI uses AI pages: one page per photo, one per PDF sheet, and one per 4,000 characters of a Word or text file, up to 10 pages per file. Each account gets free pages every month (10 for new accounts); unused free pages do not carry over. When the monthly budget for free pages of all accounts is used up, free reading pauses until the next month. Purchased pages still work.

A reading that fails does not use pages. A reading that finds no schedule in the file still uses its pages.

4. Buying pages

A pack of 100 AI pages costs €4.90 including VAT. You pay by card through Stripe. The pages are added to your account right after payment and do not expire at the end of the month. Stripe emails you a receipt and an invoice.

5. Right of withdrawal

Consumers in the EU normally have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase made online. AI pages are digital content delivered at once: before you pay, you ask for the pages to be delivered right away and confirm that you know the right of withdrawal ends when they are delivered. Your rights under consumer law if the service does not work as described stay in place; contact us at info@nodexco.com.

If we refund a purchase, the unused pages of that pack are removed from your account.

6. Public links

You can share a show's live view through a public link, for up to 200 viewers at a time, with an optional password. Anyone who has the link and the password, if you set one, can follow the show. You decide what you share, and you are responsible for it.

7. Your content and fair use

Your shows and files stay yours. You allow us to store and process them to run SnapCues for you. Do not upload unlawful content or content you have no right to use, and do not try to disrupt the service or get around its limits.

8. Check the list before the show

AI reading can misread times or text. Check every cue list before you use it in a live event.

9. Availability and liability

We keep SnapCues running as well as we can, but we cannot promise that it is never interrupted. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages, such as lost income. Nothing in these terms limits the rights consumers have under mandatory law.

10. Ending

You can stop using SnapCues at any time and delete your SnapCues data at Delete SnapCues data. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version. A purchase is governed by the terms in force when you made it.

12. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Finland. A consumer can ask the Finnish Consumer Advisory Services for help and take a dispute to the Consumer Disputes Board (kuluttajariita.fi). The consumer protection of your own country also applies.
